Anyhow, you should go down the T-junction to reach Lashkarak Sq. Now, turn left towards Oshan and Fasham. In main square of Fasham turn left again to reach Meygon. You can also come via Chaloos road toward Karaj. There is a T-junction between Kandovan and Gachsar. If you go into this byroad and continue the route to the East, after Gajereh, Dizin and Shemshak, you will reach MEYGON. You will reach Fasham and Tehran if you continue the path.
